This working cap is made of 100% cotton unlined, single-ply, HBT (Herringbone cotton twill) fabric. And this cap features 4 panels construction, medium-profile, flat wide visor (flat bill with a slightly curved bill that can be molded to be more curved, if you want) reinforced with stitching, no adjustable closure for strength.
